Flexible Time Off
There is no perfect, one-size-fits-all balance between work and home. We provide time off so you can take some “me time” to relax, recover from illness, and take care of personal and family business. Refer to your employee handbook for information on eligibility and specific leave policies.
2026 Paid Holidays
In the US, Workato employees enjoy approximately 20+ assigned paid days off. This schedule is a combination of our very generous Global Day Off program (1 paid day per month where the entire company unplugs) plus assigned paid holidays for the US region. Paid holidays are in addition to Workato’s Flexible Time Off program.
